What type of videos can be processed by scoutVISION?
A: scoutVISION supports video links from YouTube, Hudl, iCloud, and Instagram Reels. Please ensure that all links are publicly accessible and properly shared before submitting.
What video resolution is required for scoutVISION?
A: Videos must be at least 720p to be processed. For best results, we recommend 1080p resolution.
How long does video processing take?
A: Our current turnaround time is 24 hours. We’re actively working to reduce this and welcome your feedback on turnaround expectations.
Can the system track multiple players on the same team in the same video?
A: No. scoutVISION can track multiple players from the same game, but each player is highlighted separately. You select the jersey numbers you want, and the system generates individual highlight videos for each athlete.
Can I receive a notification when my video is ready?
A: Yes! Go to Settings and enable the option: “Notify me when my video is rendered.”
Who owns the processed video and data?
A: You do. Athletes and coaches retain full ownership of their original video content and any processed output generated through scoutVISION. We do not claim rights to your footage or data—our platform simply helps you enhance and share it.
What can I do with my finished video?
A: Download it, save it to your device, share via link or social media, email it, or embed it online. Players can also add highlights directly to their scoutSMART profile.
How much does scoutVISION cost?
A: Pricing depends on whether you’re a player, team, or event partner. We offer 60 day free trials and early-adopter discounts—contact us to learn more.
Is scoutVISION only for flag football?
A: We designed scoutVISION with flag football in mind because we saw a real gap: more than half of the girls we encountered didn’t have game film or highlights. At the same time, college coaches told us they needed video to evaluate talent—but with the rapid growth of girls’ flag football, most programs don’t have the time, budget, or staff to travel and see players in person.
That said, the technology behind scoutVISION isn’t limited to flag football. As long as the video resolution is clear and jersey numbers are visible, it can be applied to other sports as well.
